REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

A student can cancel class enrollment 15 days prior to the start of class. If cancellation occurs after this then no refunds are guaranteed. Students who sign up for a course and cannot make the date can either be moved to another course, providing there is class space available, or issued a refund if the class start date is outside of the 15-day window. Refunds will not be given for any student who does not pass a course or the prerequisites for the course. Any blended learning course or any online course shall not be eligible for a refund once the e-learning and online classroom materials have been sent out.
